General rules
- Registration on the forum is tantamount to reading and accepting these terms and conditions.

Registration, accounts, and personalization
- Nickname may not contain: a) advertising, b) special characters (allowed are: letters A-Z, numbers: 0-9 in any combination) c) content that is considered offensive.
- The administration reserves the right to change the user's nickname in case of violation of the rules. The user will be informed of the change and instructions via private message or warning.
- Accounts without a verified email address will not be given access to post on the forum.
- A user's signature must not be too large or take up too much space in posts. It should be aesthetically pleasing and not interfere with the use of the forum by other users. The administration has the right to edit or remove signatures that violate these rules or impair the readability of topics.
- Prohibit posting gifs in signatures playing music without the knowledge of the user who is viewing the topic.
- You have the option to request the deletion of your account by contacting the forum administration.
Content published on the forum
- On the forum it is forbidden to publish content that is offensive, fascist, Nazi, racist, intimidating, invasive of privacy, copyright and pornographic or similar material. It is also forbidden to copy topics (e.g., tutorials) from other forums with similar topics. Posts that violate these rules will be immediately deleted, and their authors may be punished, including permanent blocking of access to the forum.
- On the forum it is forbidden to publish viruses, cheats, scripts and other content that threatens the security of users. Posts containing such materials will be immediately deleted, and their authors may be subject to penalties in accordance with the penalty schedule contained in the regulations.
- Excessive use of Caps Lock in forum posts is prohibited. Writing entire messages or large portions of them in capital letters is considered shouting, which may be considered rude and disruptive to communication. Users should use standard text formatting to maintain a friendly forum atmosphere.
- Ensure that the published content is attractive and does not mislead anyone. The topic must be written in the appropriate section, and its name must be appropriate to its content. Follow the rules of netiquette; do not write replies in the style of - haha, lol, omg, etc.

- The administration has the right to edit or delete posts that violate the rules of the forum. The administration will inform the user of the reason for such a decision upon request.
- Prohibition of excessive, pointless reporting of content. Each submission must be supported by a specific reason reflected in the regulations.
- The administration does not interfere with private messages between users. If a particular user sends unwanted content - block him.
- The forum administration is not responsible for the statements of users. All posted content reflects the opinions and views of its authors, not the administration. Users are responsible for their statements and for any consequences associated with their publication.
Warnings
- For situations in which a user has violated the rules of the forum, administrators and moderators will first give notes containing verbal admonitions (in posts) or give warnings when there is a repeated violation of the rules in a short interval. Selected topics and posts may be deleted only if more than 2 points of the rules are violated.
- Users who violate the rules during anger, frustration, or as a result of bans, lockouts, private clashes with other users will be punished with double the number of warnings, and in extreme cases also banned permanently.
- In the case of violations of the rules of the forum in a short period of time, administrators or moderators may impose a penalty assessed individually
- Warnings can be permament and temporary after a period of time is removed
- A user who has lost his privileges (e.g., VIP account) as a result of permanent blocking of access to the forum is not entitled to a refund of the costs associated with their earlier redemption.
- People with functional ranks (from the rank of admin upwards) must not have any warnings on their account.
Chatbox
- Chat is used for conversations in a relaxed atmosphere - it is forbidden to start quarrels, provoke, publicly explain private matters and insult other users.
- Swearing in a reasonable (moderate) amount is allowed, provided that the vulgarities are not directed at other people or used in a provocative/offensive manner.
- Prohibit excessive use of emoticons, Caps Lock in posts, writing more than 3 messages in a row and asking to speak in an application, appeal, etc.
It is forbidden to copy any of the content of this site for commercial purposes, to distribute it, to make changes to it, or to make it available to third parties for commercial purposes.
